At Moodcrafts, we believe you should have complete freedom to personalize your item your way. Choose between Laser engraving or Hot Press monogramming, and add your initials, name, a meaningful phrase, or even a design, shape, or graphic that reflects your style—all in your preferred font and layout.

Each personalization location is priced at $10.00 USD, and you're free to choose one or multiple positions on the product. For hot press options, you can personalize with your initials or text and choose from a range of foil colors—gold, silver, red, and black—for a striking finish. If you prefer a more subtle look, a clear (plain) option is also available. For laser engraving, you can go beyond text—add your initials, name, or even a custom graphic or design, all with precise detailing using the font of your choice.

Everything from text to placement is customizable, and the final cost depends on how many personalization areas you select. All options and pricing will be visible before you complete your order, so there are no surprises—only style that speaks for you.

Once you've finalized your personalization details, we get to work right away. If your customization is confirmed after 12 PM, it will be completed within one business hour on the following business day—so your personalized piece is crafted quickly and shipped without delay.

Each Moodcrafts product has specific areas designated for personalization, and the number of characters—or the size of any laser-engraved shapes or icons—depends on the available space.

If your requested personalization exceeds what the product can accommodate, don't worry—we’ll reach out to help you adjust the size or layout so it fits beautifully and preserves the integrity of the design. Our goal is to make your piece feel uniquely yours, without compromising on quality or aesthetics.

For products that support personalization, we show you all available placement options directly on the product page—so you can easily select where you'd like your monogram, hot press, or laser engraving to appear. It’s all about giving you control over the final look of your piece.

Once you’re on a product page, you’ll see a dedicated personalization section (click) under color options. There, you can choose your font, enter your text or graphic, select your method (Laser or Hot Press), and pick your placement. A preview will guide you through every step before checkout.

Suppose your personalization includes a specific shape, icon, or graphic you'd like to be laser engraved. In that case, you can simply upload your files (maximum 3 files) at product page when you choose a personalization type under personalization drop-down menu or send the file to us via our support email (click) or WhatsApp (click). We’ll make sure your design is reviewed and prepared exactly how you envision it.

Hot Press is a traditional technique where we use heat and pressure to stamp your chosen text into the leather. You can opt for a natural look or choose from foil colors like gold, silver, red or black for added contrast.

Laser Engraving uses precision laser technology to etch your design directly onto the leather. It allows for fine details, custom fonts, symbols, or even simple icons—perfect for those who want something a little more intricate and modern.
