1. Available Duration for Return or Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the purchase receipt and shipping label (please print these out and deliver it within your parcel).

Return or exchange requests due to satisfactory quality are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. The Conditions We Cannot Accept Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns for items that have been rejected or significantly differ from their description. Please note that returned items are only accepted if they are in pristine condition, with hang tags, factory labels, and packaging untouched. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

In instances where goods do not match the ordered size, colour, or style, returns cannot be accommodated. We encourage you to refer to the size chart on our website before making a purchase.

Refunds can only be processed for regular priced items; unfortunately, items on sale are not eligible for refunds.

3. The Conditions We Accept Exchange and Price Difference

Exchanges (if applicable) are only possible for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, you will need to pay the price difference. Conversely, if the replacement item is less expensive than the original, we will email you a gift card with the difference value. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@moodcrafts.com.

4. How You Can Reach Us or How We Respond for Returns or Exchange

If you receive rejected goods, kindly reach out to our Support service via email at support@moodcrafts.com. Please specify the items, attach photos showcasing defects or discrepancies, and provide the reason for return.

We aim to respond within 24 hours to your inquiry.

5. Things Need to Be Checked Before You Send Your Return or Exchange

Return Address: Do not send return parcels to the address indicated on the package, as it is not designated for returns. Goods returned without notifying our Support Service will not be accepted. Please be in touch with as at support@moodcrafts.com for return or exchange. When all the process is done our team will share with you the return or exchange address for your parcel.

You need to contact us first, after all the process is done, you will get an address from our team to send your parcel for return or exchange.

6. Shipping Label and Purchase Receipt You Need to Ship with Your Parcel (Don’t Forget) 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Don’t forget to print out and deliver your receipt/bill in return package with your item. Items sent back without acceptance proof (Shipping Label and Purchase Receipt) from our support team will not be accepted and will not be processed, in other words the parcels will not be accepted and shipping company will apply a its own procedure as most likely to sending back the parcels to sender (back to your address).

7. Responsibility of Shipping Expenses and Shipping Insurance for Return or Exchange

You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please do not send reverse charge shipment. Reverse charge shipments will not be accepted, and shipment company will bring your package back to you/your address.

For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

8. Partial Refund Conditions

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as items that are not in their original condition, have damages, or are missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error. Returns made more than 30 days after delivery are also subject to partial refunds.

9. Refund Notifications to Follow Up

You will be informed of every stage of refund process immediately and smoothly.

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated upon receiving and inspecting your return. An email will be sent to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

10. Approved Refund Payment Method and Delays on Refund

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

For delayed or missing refunds (if applicable), check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There might be a processing delay before the refund is posted.

11. Refund for Gift Receiver and Gift Sender

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was initially shipped to the gift sender, a refund will be issued to the gift sender.

12. Refund Communication Process with Our Support Team

To start a return, you can contact us at support@moodcrafts.com; A return officer will guide you through the subsequent actions. We aim to respond within 24 hours to your inquiry and do not send return parcels to the address indicated on the package, as it is not designated for returns. Goods returned without notifying our Support Service will not be accepted.

If you choose to email, please have an image of the item ready for when you receive a reply, as you will not be able to attach the image on the form just yet or deliver the pictures on WhatsApp with the information above or as an attachment to your email which you can send to support@moodcrafts.com.

15. Return and Refund for Faulty Items

We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that an item is delivered as faulty, we kindly request that you notify us by email within 7 business days after delivery, and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you receive a faulty item, our sole responsibility is to replace the item with a new one. Alternatively, if you prefer not to have the item reshipped, we can provide a gift card of the same value. Faulty problems include broken holes, unsewn seams, and damaged segments. Moodcrafts.com reserves the right to address any other faults or issues not mentioned above.

16. Extra Fees and Taxes at Return and Exchange Process

We are not responsible for fees and taxes produced according to your residence country.

17. Lost Items and Incorrect Shipment Information

We are not liable for any misplaced, lost, or stolen item situation occurred at shipping company’s process. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.

18. Restocking Fees for Return or Exchange

You will not be charged for any restocking fees.

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@moodcrafts.com.

Refunds will not be provided in certain instances, including items not in their original state, damaged items, or those missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our mistake. Additionally, returns initiated beyond 30 days after delivery may result in partial refunds.

Refunds, when applicable, will be initiated after receiving and inspecting your return. An email notification will be sent to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please follow up with our notifications regarding the refund or exchange process.

For any delays or missing refunds, please monitor your bank account and contact your credit card company if needed. Sometimes, there may be a processing delay before the refund appears.
