Shipping Policy

DISPATCH TIME
Dispatch in 24 hours after receiving order.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard domestic or international shipping will take 10 to 21 days and express domestic or international shipping will take 4 days (please check region shipping table below).

PROCESSING TIME
If your order is placed before 1pm AEST on a weekday, your order will be sent out to you the same day. For orders placed over the weekend, your order will be sent out to you Monday afternoon. For orders placed on a Public Holiday, your order will be sent out to you in the afternoon of the next business day. During busier sales and gifting periods same day dispatch is not guaranteed. We’ll keep you posted with a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. If you have a query about your delivery at any time, contact us at support@moodcrafts.com. Please keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email, which will be sent to you in a separate email. If you believe you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folders before emailing us.

RETURN & REFUND
Returns for items purchased on the Services will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy. Please check our return policy page for detailed information.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES and CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Moodcrafts.com is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit because of this. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELATIONS
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at support@moodcrafts.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

ORDERS THAT ARE UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

SEPARATE PACKAGES
If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse. Simply drop us an email at support@moodcrafts.com and we'll take care of it right away.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 6 business days has passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at support@moodcrafts.com and we'll check it out for you right away.

Moodcrafts.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. The above timeframes are not guaranteed, and delays may occur beyond our control. If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact our friendly customer service team within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly. If you have any issues with entering your nominated delivery address during your checkout process, please contact our customer service team before proceeding your order so we can set up the account for you at support@moodcrafts.com.
